Table-top displays need to be eye-popping to attract customers. There are dozens of competitors all around at trade shows all clambering for the attention of the trade show visitors, and you want to be the stall they stop at, and buy!

Trade show visitors have information overload at trade shows. The only way they’ll stop at your tabletop display is if you can capyture their attention. Whether you are going to a trade show in order to market your business, display your products at a business-to-business expo, or to the public at an open exhibition, having professional table top trade show displays is essential. By planning your table-top display carefully, you can increase the chance that trade show visitors will stop and become new customers.

Here are 5 hints and tips to creating an effective trade show display:
1. Your message should be SIMPLE. Create a Simple message and display it in an eye-catching  manner which is easy to understand. Highlight your main selling points. Don’t write too much! Less is more! Imagine you are driving past your stall on a motorbike. How much could you read? Your visitors will probably  have a very short attention span by the time they have walked past 20 or more stalls. Far better to give them more information ONCE you have their attention.

2.Make your Trade Show Graphic BIG! You want to attract customers over to your stall, and your Trade Show Graphic should be visible from the other side of the room.

3. Keep to a theme. Write brochures and display smaller graphics that build on the main theme. keeping the look of the brochures similar to the rest of the table-top display, with matching colors and graphics. This creates a professional look, rather than having a pile of mish-mash brochures.

4. Use Promotional Gifts which are useful. If your budget allows it choose some giveaway products which are unique and useful for trade show visitors. Imprint them with your logo and contact information. If your budget is tighter, why not save your gifts for your best leads?

5.Your table layout and positioning is KEY! Good lighting, placement of brochures and gifts also contribute to attracting visitors to your booth.

Following these hints and tips to creating an effective Table Top Display will help you get on the right track at your next trade show.
