Multimedia today plays a very important role in driving home your company’s  message at a trade show display. Advancements in technology have meant that flat screen monitors are completely affordable and provide great visuals to add to your table top display, and you have a lot of ideas at your disposal to promote your business in different ways.

Here are 6 ideas for using multimedia at your next trade show display:

  1. Video presentations
  2. On demand video with a  touch screen monitor
  3. Powerpoint presentations running on a loop – not too much text – it’s boring and not necessary for this situation.
  4. Photographs taken with your digital camera – get someone to take some good photographs. Crop the photos. Use different angles. Try and be a bit different to attract attention to the photos.
  5. Tours around your factory/offices/research area – can be interesting and informative.
  6. Real life examples/testimonials of your products in action – “reality style” videos are easy to make and are popular right now. Don’t be afraid of this style of video.
